Venue Rental
Our expansive venue is made up of two ballrooms, a lounge, boardroom/get-ready room, terrace, and two foyers. When utilizing all spaces, The Establishment can hold up to 300 guests and offers breakout space for large gatherings. The Establishment is ideal for year-round events and offers a fresh outdoor terrace for cocktail receptions, small ceremonies, and photos (weather permitting). The grey-hued ballrooms and halls, gorgeous chandeliers, and whimsical sconces carry an elegant and romantic feel throughout the venue, yet are dynamic to complement your event theme or style!
We welcome your celebrations, corporate gatherings, and non-profit events within our unique and glamorous venue!

Venue Buyouts $4,000 – $6,500

Venue Capacities
Pricing Details
- Full venue buyout required on Fridays & Saturdays.
- Venue buyouts also available Sundays, but are not required.
- Food partnerships do not apply for Boardroom rental only.
- Nationally recognized holidays will reflect Saturday pricing.
- Professional event planner (full service or month of) required.
- Active Military and Non-Profits receive 10% off listed rate.
- Discounts available for multiple event bookings.
- $1,000 refundable security deposit required.
- Certificate of insurance required. Venue can provide referrals.
- A signed contract and 50% of the venue rental rate is required to secure your date.
- Events can go as late as 11pm on Friday & Saturday and 10pm Sunday – Thursday.
- Venue rental based on consecutive hours.
- 10-hour rental breakdown (4 hour setup, 5 hour event, 1 hour tear down).
- 6-hour rental breakdown (2 hour setup, 3 hour event, 1 hour tear down).
- Bar service provided for an additional fee. Must utilize in-house bar service.
Additional Hours/Rooms
- Full venue buyout required Friday – Sunday.
- Additional setup or tear down time, $250/hour.
- Additional event time:
- Additional $500/hour (Venue Buyout).
- Additional $300/hour (Large or Small Ballrooms).
- Boardroom/Lounge add-on:
- Rooms can be added on to any package for Monday – Thursday afternoon/full day rental.
- $500 flat fee/room.
- Additional time is not permitted to be purchased past the posted end times for all events.
- Discount extended when using one of our Preferred Caterers.
Inclusions
The venue rental rate is inclusive of the following: in-house chairs and tables, housekeeping, venue event manager, in-house audio visual and self-parking.
